As a result, neuvola showed that we have the continuity of the use, the continuity of the person in charge, the child rearing support base function of the area and the function in which we take the certain leading part in the child rearing support participation in school welfare team took over and by which it’s an area through long continuation to another agency. Such as it was emphasized to enjoy oneself in esikoulu again, and emphasis of the color sense accustomed to school was visualized, and experiencing it vicariously and aiming at living independence by
