When team error inducing factors existed, especially an excessive authority gradient, excessive professional courtesy, and cultures in which order confirmation between doctors and nurses was not a practice, student and graduate nurses tended to carry out doctors\u0027 orders.\nConclusion: To prevent medical accidents, nurses should be able to detect, indicate, and correct errors. Programs focusing on assertiveness communication, collaborative order verification between doctors and nurses, and the identification of a risk profile for harmful medication errors will aid student
