Authors analyzed description by the seven nursery teachers using SCAT(Steps for Coding and Theorization). The analysis revealed that they felt difficulty in parent support; this result was similar to those reports in previous studies. On the other hand, we confirmed that satisfying the needs of parent-child by nursery teachers promote the sense of fulfillment of nursery teachers and their development as supporters.
