          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">The purpose of this study is to clarify the process in practice of parent support by nursery teachers. Authors analyzed description by the seven nursery teachers using SCAT(Steps for Coding and Theorization). The analysis revealed that they felt difficulty in parent support; this result was similar to those reports in previous studies. On the other hand, we confirmed that satisfying the needs of parent-child by nursery teachers promote the sense of fulfillment of nursery teachers and their development as supporters. We also confirmed that the ability of nursery teacher, such as assessment skills and reflection, affected their practice to satisfy the needs of parent-child.</datacite:description>
