This paper describes the quality of spatial comfort (QoSC) from the viewpoint of the systems innovation theory, in particular, the QoSC improvement by information technology (IT) and mobility. This research is a meta-research, and all the issues of research / development / policy themes in this paper are open. Mobility and comfort of the space itself are important for the QoSC.
