It is found that the temperature dependence of the Seebeck coefficient changes from the ordinary behavior S(T) ∝ T−1 in semiconductors to S ∝ T at low temperatures due to the finite imaginary part of the electron self-energy in the Kondo insulators with strong correlation. Realistic models for YbB12 and FeSi based on the band calculations are also studied., text, application/pdf}, pages = {1475--1478}, title = {Thermoelectric power of Kondo insulators}, volume = {63}, year = {2002}, yomi = {サソウ, テツロウ} }
