B編}, month = {}, note = {The condensation of SF_6 in Ar carrier gas was investigated experimentally and theoretically in a conical supersonic nozzle. The numerical calculation was improved by assuming a temperature difference between the mixture and clusters. The temperature differences are determined from the coefficient of heat distribution Q_R between them. The coefficient Q_R is independent of the molar fraction of SF_6 and dependent upon the pressure in the reservoir only. The calculation shows that growing and evaporating clusters exist simultaneously in the greater part of the supersonic nozzle.
