Application of thermophilic enzymes to biosensing receptors has attracted much attention, because the thermophilic function at high temperature are imcomparable, and also sensor durability is exclusively high against various buffer solutions containing organic solvents, inorganic salts, detergents and metal complexes at various temperatures.
