 note = {At present, there are two kind of the instruments of ICP-MS. One is HR-ICP-MS that used double focusing mass spectrometer the other one is Q-ICP-MS that used a quadrupole mass spectrometer. HR-ICP-MS has many characteristics in comparison with Q-ICP-MS. It is reported of the HR-ICP-MS structure and characteristics and also reported one of the examples of the measurement that made the most of the characteristic of it’s high resolving power in this time.
