The advantages of IPMC is requiring low activation voltage and the induced large bending strain. The characteristics has various potential applications inherently. In this paper, we will describe the fundamental activation data,. Then joint mylar sheet to the end of the IPMC memblane to achive phase delay, and measure the kinetic momentum made by it.
