 note = {本研究では，筆者らが学校現場における ICT 活用促進のためのシステム開発の考え方として提案する「アン・ポン・タン」モデルを援用し，授業改善の新しい仕組みを導入するための研修方法をモデル化した。その上で，研修モデルの妥当性，有効性を評価するために，具体的な場面として，新学習指導要領で求められている問題解決能力を育てるための指導法を研修する場面を取り上げ，特に理科教員に対して研修モデルに基づく効果的な指導を支援する Web ベース授業研究支援システム「教案便サイト」を構築し，同システムを用いた研修を実施した。その結果，従来型の授業研究に比べ，被研修者に対して時間や場所，形態の制約がより自由になることによる負担感の減少と，一定の達成感を与えることが示唆された。一方で，授業研究やそれにもとづく授業改善の日常化のためには，コーディネータが果たす役割の重要性が示唆された。
This research proposed new teacher training scheme for promoting teacher's ability of lesson study based on our "ANN PON TAN" design model for ICT enabled teaching in daily classroom. Based on our new design model, we developed new Web-based lesson study support system and tried to train the instructional design of problem-solving approach of learning to junior high school Science teachers by using this system. From the results of this training, by using this system based on our teacher training scheme makes teachers more flexible - when, where and how to have daily training, and participated teachers got proper achievement.
