Based on our new design model, we developed new Web-based lesson study support system and tried to train the instructional design of problem-solving approach of learning to junior high school Science teachers by using this system. From the results of this training, by using this system based on our teacher training scheme makes teachers more flexible - when, where and how to have daily training, and participated teachers got proper achievement.
