Practice","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_120_date_31":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2016-05-12","subitem_date_issued_type":"Created"}]},"item_120_description_19":{"attribute_name":"概要","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"筆者ら(2015)はフィンランド・ネウボラを事例分析し、サポートの特徴から、継続した丁寧なサポートがリスク予防につながることを指摘した。本研究では先の結果を明確化するために、環境の異なる対象地域として、ヘルシンキ都市部のネウボラ1事例をとりあげた。市の担当者とネウボラの保健師にインタヴューを行い、特徴を整理した。その結果、都市部特有の問題を抱えつつも、ネウボラナースが母親と1対1で対話することを大事にしながら、継続してサポートすることで子どもと家族のリスク予防の機能を果たしていることが示された。さらにネウボラ利用者に聞き取り調査をし、利用者の立場からみたネウボラの特徴を整理した。\n日本の子育て支援をめぐる状況においては、現時点において、地域の保健センターでの乳幼児健診にあたる保健師や子育て相談にあたる臨床心理士に関して、相談の際にはできるだけ同じ担当者があたるように配慮している。つまり相談の継続性のための努力、工夫はすすめられている。とはいえ、妊娠期から継続して、ネウボラでの相談体制が構築されているフィンランドの継続支援の徹底は、やはり優れた学ぶべき特徴といえる。\n状況が異なる中で、日本の支援の特徴として、多様化された支援の形が実施されていることがあげられる。特に母親の特徴や状態、抱える問題状況によっては1対1で支援するよりも、グループでの支援や母親同士のいわば自助グループ的な活動も実施されることで、効果をあげている事例がみられる。これらをふまえると、現時点で日本の支援内容には継続性という部分では十分対応できない部分がある一方で、1対1で支援するだけでなく、グループでの支援を含めた多様な支援を特徴としてもっており、多様性や柔軟性を日本の支援の特徴として活かしながらさらに継続性を強化していくことが求められる。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_120_description_29":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_120_description_30":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_120_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24561/00016359","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_120_publisher_11":{"attribute_name":"出版者名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"埼玉大学教育学部"}]},"item_120_publisher_12":{"attribute_name":"出版者名（別言語）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Faculty
