The samples were sintered in vacuum at 1000℃ for 2 hours. MR ratio became the maximum of 3.78 % for the 1.54 vol. % TiO2 sample. The MR ratio is twice as large as that of Fe3O4. Also, we have measured temperature (T) dependence of resistivity (p) for the TiO2-coated Fe3O4 samples, and confirmed that p was in proportion to T1/2 for the best MR-ratio sample. This suggests that the granular-type tunnel conduction takes place in the system, and that the best MR ratio is caused by the tunnel magnetoresistance effect., text, application/pdf}, pages = {1--5}, title = {TiO2被覆マグネタイトの磁気抵抗効果<論文>}, volume = {42}, year = {2008}, yomi = {カミシマ, ケンジ and スドウ, タカフミ and カキザキ, コウイチ and ヒラツカ, ノブユキ} }
