We have developed the high repetitive static impulse generator using technologies of a successive trigger operation and resonant/parallel charging method and Thyristor and IGBT switches. In this paper, we propose reliable and high functional trigger circuit system with a provision for miss-operation of trigger circuit due to the surge voltage, wide range operation voltage and high speed operation.
