Thus, they began to ask the company to ensure their life security. As a result, companies started to change their corporate sense. Then, the workers began to realize that they, as a part of the company, could work and develop their own company. From the above reason, the company had changed its perspective to “public institution” which concerns more society welfare, and then workers were able to receive life security from the company.
