 note = {近年、児童養護施設は、多様化する養護ニーズに対応すべく、その役割の多機能化が求められている。本研究では、多機能化が進む児童養護施設における実践内容を再考し、今後の施設実践のあり方や方向性を明らかにすることをEl的とした。まず、施設実践の総体を意味する用語「レジデンシャルワーク」の定義や特質に関する先行研究を整理した。次にこれまでの施設養護理論の体系化に関する議論とホスピタリズム論争との関連性について文献研究を行った。2点の視座からの先行研究レヴューを通して、児童養護施設におけるあらゆる実践においてソーシャルワークの視点やスキルが必要であること、直接援助にあたるミクロレベルのソーシャルワークだけではなく、アドミニストレーション、ソーシャルアクションといったメゾ・マクロレベルのソーシャルワークの重要性を認識する必要があることホスピタリズム論争を契機に確立していった養護理論は、異なる視点に立脚しながらも、ソーシャルワークの要素を施設実践に加えること強調した点は共通していること、が明らかとなった。
Recently, children' s home is asked for providing various functions for coping with all sorts of needs of children and their families. This study aimed to express a practice in children's horne as it ought to be and needs to improve. First, we reviewed previous studies about a definition or peculiarity of "residential work" that means the whole of practice in social welfare institutions. Next, we examined relevance between the discussion about a systematizing theory of nursing care in institution and the dispute of .. Hospitalism". In conclusion, this study points out 1) a necessity of a viewpoint and skill of social work in a whole practice in children' s home, 2) a necessity to understand importance of social work practice at the meso and macro level such as social-welfareadministration or social action, 3) the theories of nursing care in institution that were formed through the dispute of "hospitalism" are commonly emphasize on necessary to include elements of social work in the practice in children's home though the theories are based on different viewpoints., text, application/pdf},
