Faculty of Education}, month = {}, note = {本研究の目的は、教育実習が実習生にとってどのように体験され、教職志向にどのように影響するのかを、探索的に検討することである。教育実習体験の個別性に注目するため、質問紙法に加えて面接調査法を用いて調査した。その結果、1)実習中に希望するサポートの内容は、実習校種の別により違いがあることが認められた。また、2)教師と話す時間が多い、教師から十分指導してもらえる、など教師との接点が増えること、3)実習生同士で支えあえること、4)前向きな考え方、の3点にストレス媛和効果が予測さjl、5)実習体験の大変な両に目を向けるか、楽しい面に注目するかによって、教職志向に違いが出てくる可能性があることなどが示唆された。 The purpose of this study is to investigate how the practice teaching is experienced by student teachers and how it affects on their intentions to become a teacher. In order to watch the individual experience of practice teaching, the research interview is applied for the investigation as well as the questionnaire. As a result, it is clarified that the desired supports during the practice teaching are different between elementary schools and junior high schools. And besides. the following possibilities are suggested: 1) the increase of contacts with teachers such as having conversations, getting advices, etc. is effective for mitigating stress, 2) supporting each other by student eachers is effective for mitigating stress, 3) constructive way of thinking is effective for mitigating stress, 4) the intentions to become a teacher depend on whether the student teacher has a look at the serious aspects or at the pleasant aspects of the experience of practice teaching., text, application/pdf}, pages = {119--129}, title = {教育実習体験に関する基礎的研究 : 面接調査の結果から<教育科学>}, volume = {56}, year = {2007} }
