Faculty of Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_120_date_31":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2008-07-30","subitem_date_issued_type":"Created"}]},"item_120_description_19":{"attribute_name":"概要","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、教育実習が実習生にとってどのように体験され、教職志向にどのように影響するのかを、探索的に検討することである。教育実習体験の個別性に注目するため、質問紙法に加えて面接調査法を用いて調査した。その結果、1)実習中に希望するサポートの内容は、実習校種の別により違いがあることが認められた。また、2)教師と話す時間が多い、教師から十分指導してもらえる、など教師との接点が増えること、3)実習生同士で支えあえること、4)前向きな考え方、の3点にストレス媛和効果が予測さjl、5)実習体験の大変な両に目を向けるか、楽しい面に注目するかによって、教職志向に違いが出てくる可能性があることなどが示唆された。\nThe purpose of this study is to investigate how the practice teaching is experienced by\nstudent teachers and how it affects on their intentions to become a teacher. In order to watch the　individual experience of practice teaching, the research interview is applied for the investigation as　well as the questionnaire.　As a result, it is clarified that the desired supports during the practice teaching are different　between elementary schools and junior high schools.
