 note = {学校現場においてキャリア教育が注目されている。若者の生活を取り巻く社会状況が急速に変化していく中で、キャリア形成支援の理念と同時に国語力の重要性について改めて認識する必要がある。多様な他者との円滑な相互交流と意思疎通を実現するためには、これまで以上の「話す・聞く」の基礎基本となる音声言語の運用能力が求められる。キャリア形成として、自分の意見をきちんと述べるための論理的思考力を獲得し、自立した社会人として自己を確立するにあたっても母語である国語の能力が大きく関わっている。本研究では、高等学校の生徒に対して「コミュニケーション能力」「人間関係を形成・展開する能力」等の育成に関して、高校生、教員、企業に対して実施した意識調査の結果から、キャリア教育に対する国語科教育の立場からの具体的な支援方法を提案する。
Recently career education is focused in school education. For adopting the quick change of social circumstances that surround the young person's life, needs of communication ability and importance of national language education are both growing. Furthermore, recently, there are much more needs of speaking and hearing ability and spoken language performance. To develop own career, also important to learn logical thinking and communication ability.
