 note = {This paper investigates the curriculum on moral educationat school in Spain. Teaching Catholic religion has been justified in formal schooling of Spainby upholding "International Treaties on Education" with Vatican State (1979). However, with an increasing number of immigrants, the subject of "Religion" in Public schools has faced new problems.
