It is because it is difficult to become a one-sided relation of attacking the other party well in the self-control, and to understand mutually."Companion" is the one that the age is in the vicinity, the body, psychologically, and socially in a similar standpoint with oneself. It is said that mutual negotiation with the companion will playa major role for the children's social development. The purpose of this research is to do the observation investigation of the three-years old children who articipate in the social aggregation of kindergarten for the first time, and to clarify the process of development related to the companion. It is based, and the suggestion of the development of child's interpersonal relationship in the puerility and youth is obtained. The feature of the process of development related to three-years old child's companion is as follows. (1) Feelings are stabilized by relations with those who take care of a child. (2) It is interested in the friend, and it knows friend's appearance. (3) It has relations of each other with the friend whom the nature suits.
