Faculty of Education}, month = {}, note = {This study is aimed at developing teaching method of judo with international standard, by introducing Japanese culture into the school lessons with compulsory curriculum of Budo, and into enhancement of competitive abilities of players. The first report shows three conditions: the content of the lecture at the National Coach Academy; ideal situation of traditional judo lessons; enhancement of international competitive ability of Japanese judo. The finding from these conditions is as follows: 1)The goal for coaches of international standard in the National Coach Academy is to raise coaches who aware of themselves being elites and professionals, who think and act internationally, and who have the identity of the members of Japanese teams. 2)National coaches and superstars are required not only to set up long-term plans and goals with timeframes, but to be consistently positive and modest to listen to others, to be decisive and communicative, and to have a habit of keeping journals. 3)The culture of Japan has the history of agricultural and island-based nation with homogeneity, which is the factor of failing to create outstanding leaders and strategy. 4)The lessons which hand down the virtue of Japanese cultures are originated in the teaching methods of the old feudal schools and temple schools, in which the culture of greeting, dressing, sitting, timing and breathing are instructed. 5)As for the matches for students, "Ippon" should be more encouraged by adopting individual knockout matches, in addition to present tournaments and team matches. 6)To replace "Uchikomi" with "Kata," one of the main ideas of training judo advocated by Jigoro Kano associates with the method of bringing out performance enhancement., text, application/pdf}, pages = {81--94}, title = {世界基準による日本伝統柔道の指導法(第一報) : ナショナルコーチアカデミーと我が国固有の運動文化としての柔道指導<教育科学>}, volume = {60}, year = {2011}, yomi = {ノセ, セイキ and ノセ, エイゴウ} }
