Ways are an interview to a nurture person and the person in charge and an inspection of the school and a nurture situation in September, 2013. This report was studied about neuvola and esikoulu. As a result, neuvola showed that we have the continuity of the use, the continuity of the person in charge, the child rearing support base function of the area and the function in which we take the certain leading part in the child rearing support participation in school welfare team took over and by which it’s an area through long continuation to another agency.
