A questionnaire survey was conducted with university students (N = 314). First, a scale for measuring the extent of past contact with infants (Experience of Contact with Infants Scale) was developed and following factors were extracted: “Sharing play,” “Care,” and “Indirect contact.” Next, a scale for measuring the degree of feelings when having contact with infants (Feelings when Having Contact with Infants Scale) was developed and following factors were extracted: “Pleasant feelings,” “Embarrassed feelings,” and “Unpleasant feelings.” Then, the correlation coefficient between the two scales was calculated. Results indicated moderate positive correlations between all sub-scales of the Experience of Contact with Infants Scale and pleasant feelings. Moreover, weak positive correlations were indicated between Sharing play, Care, and Unpleasant feelings. Furthermore, there was a weak positive correlation between indirect contact and Embarrassed feelings. The above results suggested that participants having experienced contact with infants often had various feelings on such occasions. Different experiences of contact with infants and participants’ feelings, as well as correlations between such experiences and feelings are discussed., text, application/pdf}, pages = {1--14}, title = {大学生における過去の乳幼児との接触経験とその際に抱いた感情<教育科学>}, volume = {65}, year = {2016}, yomi = {オウギハラ, タカシ and シュトウ, トシモト} }
