We carried out a questionnaires about the bullying to both high school student and university students. The main results are as follows. Bystanders have a tendency to help the low victim (high academic achievement, human relations good) than the high victim of social desirability (low academic achievement, human relations bad). This trend is more pronounced in a group situation than individual situation.
