To solve this problem, we attempted cavity control that compensates for laser intensity by dividing the transmitted light intensity of the cavity by the monitor signal intensity of an incident optical power. When stabilizing the cavity resonance without compensating for laser intensity, stabilization failed when the incident laser intensity decreased to 45.0% of the initial intensity. When stabilizing the resonance by compensation, stabilization was maintained until the incident intensity was decreased to 4.4 % of the initial intensity.
