The thin films were characterized by XRD, UV-Vis absorption, FESEM, and AFM. The thin films were applied in planar structure solar cells, giving a maximum PCE of 14.7% with VOC of 1.02 V, JSC of 21.4 mA cm-2, and FF of 67.5 % in reverse scan.
