 note = {This is a practical report on ‘life-unit learning’ in a junior high school course of school for special needs education. The theme for one year is “Let’s open our café shop”. The students worked on the vegetable cultivation for ingredients of menu dishes, the production of furniture and tableware, cooking, and service with hospitality.
