Recently, it is necessary for Public Administration to cultivate Coproduction System as a means of the improvements of administrative procedure and implementation systems in the contemporary society. However, in order to promote effective utilization of the Coproduction System, we need to understand the signification, function, structure, role, and the limits of this system, as well.
