 note = {新狭山ハイツ（分譲団地）では、管理組合と自治会、ハイツ内にあるNPO の三者が連携し、ハイツ・コミュニティの問題解決を行っている。本稿は、この先進的な取り組みが成立した背景には、ソーシャル・キャピタルがきわめて強く影響していることを、アンケート調査を基に明らかにしようと試みたものである。その結果、ソーシャル・キャピタルのうち信頼と近所づきあいの程度が全国レベルより非常に高く、助け合いが促進されていることが判明した。その点で、新狭山ハイツの取り組みは、先進的な共助モデルと位置づけられる。

In the Shin-Sayama Heights, the homeowners' association, the neighborhood association, and NPO cooperate, and it has solved the problem of the community in them. This paper tries to make it clear that social capital has had very strong influence on the background that this advanced measure was organized, based on a questionnaire. As a result, it turned out that trust and neighborly relations of the community are much higher than national level. Thus, the structure for problem solving in the community of Shin-Sayama Heights, will be positioned as a advanced model for mutual aid., １．研究対象地域の概要
