 note = {本稿の目的は、コミュニティの問題解決に関して、ソーシャル・キャピタル（SC）のうち何が、共助システムを成立させる要因かを、古い集合住宅と新しい集合住宅との比較分析によって明らかにしようと試みたものである。その結果、SCのうち信頼と近所づきあいがコミュニティ内での支え合いや助け合いを促していることが確認された。また、一般的信頼は、公共性を帯びた共同問題提起を生むことに繋がることが明らかにされた。

This paper tried to make it clear which factors in Social Capital (SC) bring a mutual aid system into existence in problem-solving of the community, by the comparative analysis of the questionnaire of the old multiple dwelling houses and new multiple dwelling houses. As a result, it was confirmed that trust and neighborly ties out of SC promoted mutual support and cooperarion in the community.
