Moreover, it is impossible to contact people, especially young people, who are not home during the times. A mail survey was used to analyze how “unreachable adults,” that is “CPO” individuals and others who are not home during the calling times, affected the outcome of RDD surveys. The study concluded that the influence of unreachable adults is limited. However, in the analysis that focused only on younger people, we found significant differences in some survey topics.
