The educational objectives of this progression have increasingly attracted scholarly attention in recent years. This study examined whether project-based exchange exercises or common daily childcare activities between nursery and primary educational institutions could contribute to an effortless changeover between the two phases of learning. The author’s personal experience in the field of education over the course of 7 years, participant observation, and questionnaire surveys administered to parents were employed to achieve the stated objective. The results of the study demonstrate that rather than imparting primary school education in advance to nursery children, an educational method that empathises with children’s personalities and enhances early childhood education is required for the smooth transition of a child from nursery to primary school.
