年に始まる「万国史の時代」から 1902 年以後は国史・東洋史・西洋史の三教科からなる「三分科制の時代」に移行し、ファシズム期(1931 ～ 1945)になると、国史は勿論、東洋史、西洋史に対しても皇国史観が支配を確立していった。その出発点となったのが、昭和 6 年に定められた「中学校教授要目」であった。そこでは国民精神の涵養が唱えられ、皇国史観に基づいた日本史が中心のカリキュラムが組まれた。そのなかで東洋史は殆どその独立性を奪われたが、また西洋史も従来になかった規制を受けるようになった。但しこの規制に対して東洋史の教科書はなお伝統的中国王朝史を守ろうとし、また西洋史教科書にも対応にばらつきが見られた。この意味で、ささやかだがなお執筆には自由が残されていた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_120_description_20":{"attribute_name":"目次","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"はじめに\n第一章
