The activities to enhance financial literacy have been conducted by consumer co-operatives for many years. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of activities concerning household economy. We collected data from 57 consumer co-operations in 2017. As activities concerning household economy, we took up the household budget survey ”Zenkoku Seikeihi Chousa” by Japanese Consumers’ Co-operative Union, consumer members’ activities, and “Life Planning(LP) activities”. In about half of consumers' cooperatives, learning activities of the family budget are carried out, and opportunities to learn keeping household account books or life plan mutually are offered, but the reduction tendency is observed in members’ activities. The LP activity associates with cooperative insurance.
