Ltd have conducted a opinion survey using an original method referred to as “non-spoken survey”. It is a mixed-mode survey consists of short message service (SMS) survey via smartphones and interactive voice response (IVR) survey via landline, and is conducted once a month. The sample of survey respondents was biased toward men, but the distribution of age group was closer to the census data. The landline mode's within-household respondent selection method lacks representativeness.
