 note = {It is difficult for skilled teachers to learn because teaching styles are established through accumulated experience. In this study, we clarify the learning process using researchers from different backgrounds. We also explore the significance of studying lessons. The research method includes a skilled high school home economics teacher talking about her observations in a cooking class and a researcher sharing their opinions. In other words, we conduct a dialogue and organized the flow. We realize that we are on an equal footing with regard to the dialogue. We clarify how a skilled teacher questions her beliefs while looking back on the cooking class.
