 note = {The purpose of this study is to develop a science teaching method that improves students' positive outlook on the future and fosters their well-being. In the measures that we developed as the teaching method to improve students' positive outlook on the future, students are introduced the relationship between science and technology, engage in activities to think about "social issues" related to science and technology, and research information on science and technology related to their own dreams by using “Science Portal”. Verification lessons using the method were conducted in science classes at a lower secondary school.
