The purpose of this study is to clarify the value of this program and its determinants of effectiveness. We conducted interview survey to informants\nwho experienced the work experience programs in junior high school from 2000 to 2004. We have found that the followings are important to make the program more effective: adequacy in\nterm and difficulty, the feelings that participants have made a positive contribution, conversations with workers, and interactive relationships. Furthermore it is important to share experience with other participants after its program.
