あらゆる条件に対し有効な手法はいまだに確立されていない. 本論文では, ケプストラム法を改良することにより雑音環境下における音声に有効となる基本周波数抽出法を提案する. 本手法の特色は, 対数スペクトルのうち特に雑音の影響を受けやすい高周波数成分とスペクトルの谷の部分を除去し, 音声信号の調波構造を明確にした上でケプスドラムを求める点にある. 計算機シミュレーション実,験の結果, 従来法に比べ,
